ESdat offers a useful option for uncross-tabbing cross-tabbed data.  An example of a before and after data format is given below.

ESdat is able to Uncross-Tab with any number of specified header rows or columns (the example above has 1 header row and 2 header columns).  The number of header row and columns can be specified either by using the scroll buttons, or clicking in the top left cell of the non-header data (in the example above it would be the top left uncoloured cell).  The dialogue is shown below.

The option to separate < and > is useful if you have chemical data.  Any leading < or > characters will be separated from the data value and shown in a separate column.
