Deleting Lab Reports

If laboratory data needs to be re-imported the previously imported data should be deleted first.

 

If using LSpecs a section of the workflow related to lab data acceptance also allows for rejection and deletion of that data from the database.

 

Alternatively, the lab report can be deleted in ESdat under the "Chem Tracking" button.

 

Note* reimporting lab results using "overwrite" instead of this approach may leave some of the previous data in the database if the key values for particular records were altered in the data re-issue.
