Should you need help either with understanding the software or setup you can use the following resources as appropriate:

 

Setup Issues:

Assuming the installation instructions have been completed, the Setup section of this manual is a good starting point.  If this doesn't help you should contact your sales contact person.

 

Gaining an understanding of functionality:

Tutorials: You will automatically get a prompt when opening a sample database

 

Specific Questions:

User Forum:  You can search the User Forum or ask a question.
