Environmental Standards - Report creation

Hi there, I have a database template where I have pre-uploaded all the environmental standards we may ever need for any project. This saves us work later on: we don't have to re-import standards everytime we start a new project. However, when going to create a new chemistry output table the environmental Guidlines box in the output wizard only allows a limited number of guidlines to be visible. Even though I know I have more guidlines uploaded into my database. Is there any way to increase the number of guidelines that can show up in the list? ebrockman5 attached the following image(s): Example of ChemOutput_EnviroGuidelines.png (79kb) downloaded 11 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Hello Emily, That is a big list! I'm not sure what the maximum number of guidelines is, that box can support, but it appears we may need to take a look. That kind of management of Environmental Guidelines is more suited to the ESdat SQL Server version, which can have the complete list in it, users just select which ones will be shown for each site. For the Access version, some users like to consolidate multiple guidelines from the compiled sheets we provide into a few "Master" worksheets sheets, that consist of guidelines for particular kinds of projects. This is I think the best approach for the Access version. Regards, Warwick
