Hi,

There are comments appearing in the guidelines when a chemistry table is exported "Enviro Limit Rows:" etc. How can I stop these appearing?

I always create tables with total and filtered results, with only the need to compare filtered results against project specific guidelines. I used to delete the unwanted guideline from the total columns and re-format in the previous version.

Is there an easier solution than deleting comments and guidelines from the Total columns?

Sal.

Hi Sal,

The Cell comment (red indicator in the top right corner) has information on the guideline, and doesn't print.  You can also turn the display of Comments off if you wish - with an option in Excel.

To apply a guideline to only the "Filtered" results and not the "Total" Results see the columns zRef_Environmental_Standards.Applies_to_Total_Result and  zRef_Environmental_Standards.Applies_to_Filtered_Result.  You can set the values as True or False as needed.
