I have created project specific print templates and saved them to a folder on a network drive.  I have changed the template path but it is not accessing those project templates.  It is still using the templates on the computer's C: drive under the installation folder.  What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

A template directory can be specified under the File menu, and it is this you look to be referring to.  Note, that this is different to "Project Templates", see the help file under Setup for the distinction, and other information on Templates, if you havn't already.

You must ensure that the files have not been renamed, as other names won't be recognised by ESdat.  If this isn't the issue can you send support (support@ESdat.com) a screen shot showing the Network Path setting in ESdat, and a screen shot showing the files and directory in Explorer so we can verify that the files and paths are consistent.  Could you also indicate the specific template you are checking, if relevant.
