Import Lab File error - Sample Delivery Group

When trying to import a laboratory supplied ESdat file the following error message appears: "Parent Record missing in table ‘Lab_Sample_Delivery_Groups'” The lab have checked the files and can not see a problem at their end. I have never had this error before - what checks should I do?

Hello, Would you be able to send the files through to support to take a look? As an interim measure selecting "Create missing Parent Records" during the import should allow the data to import without any reprocussions. Warwick

Thank you for sending the files. We have found that they are not up to date with the recent ESdat specifications. We can work with the lab if you request them to work with us to update the files.
