Hello, I have recently noticed that when generating RPD tables the formatting has changed from: Normal Field_D RPD Interlab_D RPD To: Normal Field_D RPD Normal Interlab_D RPD Is this a setting that we have inadvertantly changed, and is it possible for me to change the settings so that formatting returns to the first layout? Thank you, Michael Edited by moderator Wednesday, November 15, 2017 8:41:06 AM(UTC)

Hi Michael,
The RPD formatting has been changed in the system. The change was made because we observed that when labs were reporting multiple results for one chemical (such as naphthalene for BTEXN and PAH) the additional rows this created made it difficult to interpret the relationship between the parent sample and it's duplicates and you could end up with something like: Parent (P1 result) Parent (P2 result) Field_D (FD1 result) Field_D (FD2 result) RPD (P1 vs FD1) RPD (P2 vs FD2) RPD (P1 vs FD2) RPD (P2 vs FD1) Interlab_D (ID result) RPD (P1 vs ID) RPD (P2 vs ID) The simplest way to tackle this issue was to repeat the parent sample results above each of its duplicates - that is you will always get Parent Duplicate (FD or ID) RPD This does potentially make the table larger, but it makes it infinitely easier to interpret the results. Thanks,
Nick
