In the past i've seen any new additions to the zref_Chem_Lookup simply propagate across to the Zref_Chemistry_Lookup_Profiles via some automated process. However some new chemcodes have ended up in the Base table  - that arent propagating to the Profile table. 

So my questions: 

How can you update the Profile table? Is there a stored Procedure that can be poked? As it appears there is not real other way to import to the profiles, As all standard import sheets hide the Profile ID and profer SiteID/Project ID - which are irrelevant.
