Im looking for more control for types of users. 

I can see we have two USER TYPES 

Admin and Standard. - which  THINK corrosponds to ESdat_READWRITE and ESAT ADMIN? 

What I see doesnt quite correspond to this table

I'm after an AD level so staff can check people into projects but not alter chem codes.
