Hi All

I've uploaded to SSACs to ESdat assuming that they would only be applied to only a specific chem profile (I made sure I entered in the correct chem profile ID in to the Profile_ID field on the zRef_Environmental_Standards_Config EDD).

Yet when I try and select a GAC or SSAC for another project I can still see the other SSACs in the list.  I went to zRef_Environmental_Standards_Config data table and deleted all the rows that were for the SSACs that displayed the other chem profile IDs yet they are still on the list when generating a report.  I went back to zRef_Environemtna_Standards_Config and searched for them and all the data I thought I had just deleted was still there.  I've tried closing the program and re-openning it but it's still there.  These guidlines need to be site specific otherwise it is very confusing for other users who try and compare data to environmental standards.

Need a solution to this ASAP if anyone has it as I'm off on holiday in a few weeks and it will be chaos if I'm gone otherwise.

Regards

James

Hi James, Site specific guidelines will always be in the full guideline list that users can select from to pick guidelines that are associated with a site. I'd suggest naming it so there is no possible confusion. Regards Warwick

Hey Warwick!

Have there been any updates to this problem? I was wondering if it is possible to refine the list of Environmental Guidelines visible in the chem tables to be project dependant.

Thanks!

Evelyn

Hi Evelyn,

In ESdat Desktop the list of Environmental Standards available for inclusion on the second screen of the Chem Table export is restricted to just those selected as being relevant to the Site (ie Site, not Project).  You can refine that under Import - Environmental Standards.
