Is there anyway to coustomize the output table so that you can have the chemical name and ChemCode show up? not just the chem name? Also how can you adjust the flag (like U for example) so it is not right next to the number? 1.0U vs 1.0 U Thank you

Hello, The formatted Chemistry Exceedance Table can't show the ChemCode and ChemName, however you can dump that data to an unformatted table in Excel to obtain that information. There isn't an option to seperate the qualifier by a space, we can add it to the requests, but in the interim you will have to do it with a Replace "U" with " U", in Excel after export. Warwick

I need it in ChemTable because I am I'm screening in. I can "dump" it directly from access or customize my own query's in access if that was the case.
Is there no way to get behind the GUI and customize it?

Hello, The formatted Exceedance Table has quite a few options for export, but is limited to those options. You can create custom output views for specific requirements, and you can produce cross-tab reports on these either in the Excel Pivot tool export, or the other Pivot Tool, or even using custom Crystal or SSRS Reports, however the formatted Exceedance Table can't be customised beyond the options presented to the user. Hey Warwick! Have there been updates to customizing the output tables? Where does the system decide what should be output? Is it within the SQL views?
Thank you, Evelyn

Hi Evelyn, There have been plenty of updates to the ChemTables since this thread started in 2013! You now also have the web ChemTable option too. In terms of where ESdat Desktop is sourcing the data that is output to the Chem Tables that is from the views associated with Water Chemistry / Soil Chemistry / Gas Chemistry eg LChem1_Chemistry, SChem1_Chemistry, GChem1_Chemistry. If you add additional fields to that view from the Locations, Wells, Chemistry Samples tables that information will also be able to be included along with the sample information when producing the export.
