Is it possible to run statistical tests or analysis between lab results?

For instance, if I get a report from Lab X and a report from Lab Y, would I be able to conduct a t-test to compare for significant differences between the data, or would that have to be done externally?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

T-tests are not one of the statistics that ESdat calculates.

However, you should be able to filter the data relatively simply and export to Excel so that you can feed it into other dedicated statistics applications.

Otherwise, this is something that could potentially be developed for you as a custom add-on.  We can do this development as a service.

If this is something you're interested in, please feel free to leave an enquiry on our website here: https://escis.com.au/Contact

Thanks,

Nick
