How do I go about importing my split samples so that they link up with the original sample?

When you specify field duplicates you get a prompt to select the Parent Sample.  Once selected, ESdat automatically copies the SampleCode for that sample to the Parent_Sample column in the duplicate.

For Interlab Duplicates the Parent Sample is in a seperate file to the Interlab Duplicate (they have come from different labs).

You need to obtain the SampleCode of the Parent Sample (either from the relevant lab file, or filter for it in ESdat if it has been imported previously), and copy that SampleCode into the Parent Sample column.
