We have recently migrated from ESdat desktop to ESdat Web.

On the desktop version the actionlevelsource description source from zref_environmental_standards_config would auto populate in our tables based the selection of the environmental standard/s selected from the chemistry output tables.

On the web version although a comments can be add in the Env Standard area when editing the selected Action Level Source, there is no way to output the comments for the Action Level Source on the excel export tables. The only comments that are outputted are comments made for certain analytes.

Is this not an avalible option on the web interface or am I missing something?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The comments for the standards are enabled under the Environmental Standards menu when you're looking at a chemistry table (either through Lab Reports or Data Views).  Just check the box "Show Comments".

Have a look at our online manual for more details on this here: http://ESdat.net/ESdat_S...ironmental_standards.htm

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Nick,

The comments that are shown in table whichen you check the box "Show Comments" only shows the comments for analytes in the selected Environmental Standard rather than comments for the Action Level Source which we would utilise as a reference for the guideline document.

E.g. Lead: HILs A,B,C based on blood lead models (IEUBK & HIL D on adult lead model for where 50% bioavailability considered. Site-specific bioavailability should be considered where appropriate.

Rather than the comment I have made to the environmental standard.

Thanks,

Matt

Hi Matt,

The reference for the standard that is exported to the Chem Table is generated by combining the Publisher (a), Published Date (b) and Action Level Source (c).  I've included the (a), (b) and (c) to highlight this a bit more easily.

So in the Eviro Standards Details:

Standard_1.JPG (69kb) downloaded 2 time(s).

Will generate this on the Excel Export below the Chem Table:

Standard_2.JPG (47kb) downloaded 2 time(s).

Neither the Publisher's Website, nor the Comments are currently used in this process.

Is this the infomration you were after?

Cheers,

Nick
