Hi all, 

Apologies for starting a thread for what is probably a simple issue. I am getting a "Username or password incorrect" error when attempting to log into the Server Web Interface. 

I have confirmed: 

  • Correct user and password
  • I have permissions 
  • A licence is available
  • I have attempted to use the "Forgot" user/password function (with correct email address), however it does not email me 
  • I have been emailed a password reset request by our Admin. This worked for one log in only. After logging off this password does not seem to work again 
  • I can log into the desktop version of ESdat with this new password 

Not sure what to try next. Hope I have provided enough information.

Hi Alastair,

This might seem like a silly question, but are you navigating to the correct URL?

I have seen it before where people navigate to https://online.ESdat.net and try to reset their password, but they should be navigating to the URL for their own instance of ESdat Server.
