Screenshot.JPG (91kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

This is something that we have not observed before when opening a new file.

We cannot clear the template and get the last jobs data rolling in

Hi Craig,

I'm not sure I understand what the issue is.

Are you trying to open an existing Project, or create a new one?

What do you mean by "cannot clear the template"?

What is different about the screencapture you've provided to what you normally see?

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Nick,

We are creating a new project.

The issue is that it is automatically selecting "V2101_Morwell_new" which is a previous project.

We cannot seem to unselect this option, thus when we attempt to create our new blank project, all of the data from V2101_Morwell_new is being imported with it.

If it is easier to communicate, do you have a mobile number we could reach you on?

Cheers,

Craig Barker

Hi Craig,

Thanks for the clarification.

I suspect that someone has changed the "Network Information Directory", or "Template Path" and they are pointing at a project folder on your network rather than the ESdat Template directory.

Have a look at the Online manual here: http://ESdat.net/ESdatHe...x.html?network_files.htm and http://ESdat.net/ESdatHe...template_directories.htm

This should give you the information you need to be able to check your folders and get the correct template back.

Cheers,

Nick
