Hello, Could you please provide more information:
1) Which application are you using ie: ESdat online or server based installation?
2) Which graphs are you exporting ie: for which data sets and time frames etc
Please be precise and provide a specific description of what you are doing that creates the error, this helps us work out what's going on.
Thank you

Error 59420 Esdat.png (275kb) downloaded 1 time(s). Error 2110 ESdat.png (273kb) downloaded 3 time(s). Excel abnormal ESdat.png (205kb) downloaded 4 time(s).Hi,
In response to your questions below:
1) Which application are you using ie: ESdat online or server based installation? We are using a desktop verion of ESdat
2) Which graphs are you exporting ie: for which data sets and time frames etc Exporting data for one location code for approximately 10 years, for all data.
I built and applied the filter, clicked on the small arrow next to Graph icon, turned off the Environment Standards. Excel opens but only has 3 tabs.
When the spreadsheet is closed I get this message: ‘2110 That name is already taken. Try a different one’. Once I close that message I get another one Error 59420.
Excel also isn’t displaying properly – no menu etc. Others bores export completely fine, others don’t. I have attached images to this reply.
Regards
Cassandra

Hi Cassandra,
Do you get the same issue when you just filter for a single ChemCode?
Can you please try this and let me know what happens?
When creating the charts, the worksheets in excel are renamed to match the ChemNames that are presented on that sheet, and the length of the sheet name is quite small, so this will be cropped from the full name in ESdat.
It looks to me like these cropped names are not unique, hence the 2110 error. For example in your screencapture, both of those sheet names will be cropped to "Chart_1H_1H_2H_2H_Prefluor".
At this stage Excel encounters an error and stops.
If you break down your exports with a series of filters, you should be able to work your way around this limitation in Excel.
Thanks,
Nick
