Can’t add a user

Hi, I have been trying to add a new user to the server version of ESdat but the set up email never seems to send. The little green popup box appears indicating the email has been sent but the person does not receive the email. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue? Note, I have tried a couple of different emails in case it was just a one off occurance but still have the same issue.

Hi Jason,
Are you able to try creating the user again and let me know if this works?
I was going to attempt a password reset from our end, but it looks like you've deleted the user?

Thanks Nick. Yeah, I tried a few things to get it to work before sending through a query. I can confirm that the add user option is now working. Regards, Jason
