Hi Support,
I wanted to clarify a couple things. Recently I have noticed that the labs have been analyzing for Napthalene and BTEX parameters separately via the VOC method. Often times the results end up being the same but in the instance where the results are different, only one set is uploaded to ESdat.
Thanks

Hi,
Please have a read through this section in the user manual: https://ESdat.net/ESdat_...l?chem_name_grouping.htm
This also relates to this forum post which adds some more context: https://ESdat.net/forum/...-Report--duplicate--rows All values should be imported into ESdat if the lab is correctly identifying the different methods in the EDD file, and if you want to show all results for the different methods used to analyse naphthalene (and others), then you need to group your analytes by Method Type or Method Name, rather than Chem Group.
I’m not sure if you’re using ESdat Server or ESdat Desktop to generate the reports, but the same principle of grouping applies. Thanks, Nick
