Change in lab report

Good morning,
We've received a lab report where the ChemCode for Phosphorus differs from that of all previous lab reports, meaning we're getting two graphs show up for the one parameter.
I don't think reassiging a ChemCode to another is something I can do myself, so are you able to reassign this for me?
The lab report in question is EB2029544 and I require ChemCode 7723-14-0 to be changed to 7723-14-0(As P).
Thankyou.

Hi Jono, The best way to request corrections to lab reports is to navigate to Lab Uploads & click Details and Actions for the relevant lab report and then "Send Followup Email".
That email will go to the lab with the lab report details and they will clarify with us if they need to. They will then re-issue the lab report with the correction. This has the advantage that it is corrected for future exports, and not an ongoing issue. In this case, we'll follow up with the lab directly and get them to reissue it to your LabSync email. The lab report in ESdat will automatically update (so long as it hasn't been approved). Regards, Warwick

Thanks Warwick. We've got this issue for several reports, but it isn't apparent until we've approved the report and seen it in the ChemTable that we're realising the problem.
So when I go to Lab Uploads & click Details and Actions for the relevant lab report and then "Send Followup Email", there is no button to send a follow-up email, even if I unapprove the report.
For example, lab report EB2029856 has this issue but there will likely be others.
What can you suggest in the scenario?
Thanks

Hi Jono, If the lab report has already sucessfully loaded and you want it re-issued you'll need to contact the lab by some other means and request them resend it to your LabSync email address. Warwick
