Hi

I am getting the following validation error when attampting to import locations using the 'populated import template' : 

  • Unable to cast object of type 'System.Double' to type 'System.String'.

error relates to the location code column

i am not sure what this means or what i should do to proceed.

Hi Daniel,

The error suggests to me that it is trying to convert numbers to text.  What are your Locations called?

Also, if you generate a new Location import template and paste the data in, do you get the same error or does it upload?
