QA export all timing out

Hi, I am trying to use the QA Export all to Excel function within Version 4 of ESdat server and keep getting the following message ‘Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding’. Other users within the company have experienced a similar problem. I have selected all check boxes for the output. I am currently trying to export this information for approximately half a dozen lab reports. However, there would be circumstances in the future when I need to export QA data for a much greater number of reports. Are you able to advise why the QA Export all to Excel keeps timing out even though the number of reports is relatively low? Note the function is working if only 1 or 2 lab reports are selected. Hi Jason, The export is not specifically related to the number of Lab Reports you have selected, rather the total amount of data across all the reports. I would recommend trying to limit the amount of data the report is processing. You can do this by disabling the QA Reports you're not interested in via your QA Profile: https://ESdat.net/ESdat_Server_Help/index.html?qa_default_formatting.htm For example, if you're only interested in the Field RPDs and Field Blanks, deselect all the other reports. You can also experiment by disabling different reports one at a time to find the one(s) which are causing the issues. Thanks, Nick
