Is there any way to create an outliers report that looks at both imported lab reports and imported historical data?
Also, in Lab Reports Details, all of my imported lab sesults say Lab Report Files Are Not Available to Download. Is this because the PDF/excel versions of the reports are not included in the .zip file with the EDD?

Hi Nick, The Outliers Report has been updated in Version 4 of the Server. Once this has been made available to your organisation and you have updated, I would recommend reviewing if it works the way you want. With regards to Lab Report downloads, this feature should be available for any Lab Reports imported via the Web Interface or LabSync. It will then contain any files that were included in the zip file, or attached to the email recieved by LabSync. Individual Lab Reports imported with ESdat Desktop will not be accessible by this button. Thanks, NT Edited by moderator Thursday, February 11, 2021 8:26:02 AM(UTC)

Is importing via the web interface an add-on? I can't do this. nick
