Hi,
Previously, I was able to remove a user from my ESdat server licence easily by opening the list and removing them. This funtion seems to hav ebeen removed. How do I now remove an ESdat Server user without removing them completely as a user?

Hi, We identified a problem in earlier versions where Named Users licences could be reallocated to different users. Hence, you now need to contact your support to update who your Named Users are.
Support can remove the user who no longer needs the Licence and it will be available for another Named User to use.

So to be clear we need to contact support directly? Which email address is that?

Hi Amie,
I've replied to you directly via email with the details we require to update your ESdat Server Named User licences.
Thanks,
Nick
