Importing an updated lab report

Hi, I've imported a lab report via Server and added additional sample information where needed via Import/Update/Export. We've then identified that an analyte was missing from the original lab report. The lab is rectifying and will soon issue an updated report with the additional chem data. What is the process for importing this updated lab report via Server?
- Do I need to reject the existing lab report and re-import the updated version and will I therefore lose the additional sample information I've now entered?
- Or, is Server smart enough to 'see' and add the new chem data if I just try to re-import the updated lab report over the top of the existing one? Apologies if that's a silly question, still getting used to Server and couldn't fine the direct answer via the support pages.
Many Thanks

Hi Jeremy, When you Reject a Lab Report, any sample information you have added/updated (sample type, comments, etc) is retained. When you import the reissued Lab Report this information will be automatically assigned to the new data assuming the Lab Report Number and SampleCodes are the same (which they should be). I'll have a look at the Server Manual content, and update it to make sure that this information is presented on the "Approve or Reject" page. Thanks, Nick

Awesome, thanks Nick.
I suspected it was smart enough to do that, good to know.
