Wondering if there is an option to visualise all the sites on a map-- rather than locations - within the database, eg on the web Front End. Just musing at ways for showing Sites quickly to avoid staff creating new ones when they already exist.

Hi JKW - that is an interesting idea. Currently there is no spatial information associated with the Site beyond filling in the address fields.
What you can do though is go to the field portal and locations tab - this allows you to either find locations close to your device OR you can specify co-ordinates OR you can search based on existing location codes, alternative names or descriptions. If you leave the drop down to all sites then all sites will be searched. This will return all locations in the area of your search and you will be able to find out which site(s) are associated with them. Location_Finder.jpg (69kb) downloaded 0 time(s).
Regards KJS
