I know how to download and export sample results but how can I download and export just the Location details i.e. Location Name and Location Coordinates into an excel table or a shape file please?

Hi Greg - you can export your locations by navigating to the Locations Table page within Data View

Locations Table.png (110kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

In here you can select the projects or sites you need, apply filters and export the locations table to excel

Thanks for the previous answer, unfortunately when our historical data was imported into our new ESdat account it was all originally given the generic Project ID name  "SCC_EnviroHistorical".  Although Project ID names for all our catchments were also set up around the same time, unfortunately when I do the Locations Table export the Locations are listed against the Project ID name "SCC_ENviroHistorical" and not the catchment Project ID name.  The only Locations listed with a catchment Project ID name are for about the 5% of Locations I have added since.  Is there any way to have all the Locations which are now associated with a catchment Project ID name come up on Locations Table query export?  Image attached shows screenshot with Locations listed only Locations Table with default import Project ID name.JPG (207kb) downloaded 2 time(s).against Project ID "SCC_EnviroHistorical"

Hi Greg, If you have a list of all catchments and locations, we can set-up the catchments as monitoring zones. In this way, you can filter out the locations you need to view or export in an excel table using their assigned monitoring zones. If you have further questions regarding this, let us know.
