I have an eQuote from my lab and have used that to select analyses and containers in my lab request. 

However I can't see where the cost for that analysis request is shown?

Hello,

Yes, you need to filter for your Lab Submission and Analysis Request under the Costs menu, shown at https://www.ESdat.net/ESdat_Server_Help/costs.htm

We are considering making that information also presented as a part of the Lab Request workflow in the next update.
