Is it possible to export a pivot table (or template) from ESdat web?

We have made them from ESdat desktop before, but I'm curious if this can be exported from the web version? I havent seen it as an option in the Data Views options.

Thanks in advance

Hi Paige - the excel export functionality is a little different in ESdat online compared to what you are used to in desktop.

Before you export your excel file you'll need to make sure you have your the required sample info and environmental standards set in the table layout.

The help documents to guide you in organising table layouts are here: https://www.ESdat.net/ESdat_Online_Help/index.html?chem_table_layout.htm

The excel export button is the last one along the Chem Table ribbon.

You can find the Help Page for the excel export settings here https://www.ESdat.net/ESdat_Online_Help/index.html?excel_export.htm

Regards

Kimberley

I am familiar with the excel export option in ESdat web for standard Tables, but am specifically curious about excel Pivot tables.  This is a functionality in desktop, but I havent found it anywhere in ESdat web

Hi Paige,

ESdat Server does not currently allow Excel export of custom pivot tables. If you have a specific requirement that you export on a regular basis we can create Custom Report tailored to your needs.
