For multiple projects, we are finding that certain years of data (ex: 2020-2022) have two different sets of data; field and lab. In the DMM View & Edit tool, I cant see an obvious reason that the data has been separated.  I thought it might be a difference in the Well column (some had "-" and some were blank) so I edited those - but it didnt resolve the issue.  The only other thing I can think of is that most of that data was brought into the database as "Historical" so there are not any SDG's associated with the data. 

Am I missing an obvious reason that this would be happening? 

In addition to this, the 2020-2022 data is shsowing as grey in View & Edit (message says I dont have permissions to edit this data - but all the permissions are on for the project and user sections.
