When uploading 2 or 3 different monitoring rounds through the field portal, only 1 monitoring round may be successful. The others will receive a red tablet icon indicating that "an error occured when trying to sync".
One monitoring round had 5 out of 8 of locations fail the upload but the other three were successful. The other issue is some will successfully upload but will only upload a quarter of the photos. When viewing through the desktop a handful of pics will be showing however there's 20 or so on the tablet waiting. thanks

Hello, Does clicking "Resynch" again cause it to synch additional data? Are you able to send a backup of the data from the device through to support? You can access the backup under "Download Cached Data" on the top right of the screen in the Field App which you can then send via email. Alex
