Hi, 

I'm trying to login to my ESdat account, and my username and password isn't working.

When I click the password reset button, I don't get an email.

What can I do?

Hello,

The most common reason for not being able to login to ESdat is using the wrong URL.

ESdat has different login pages depending on where you are based.

For Australia: https://online-au.ESdat.net/

For USA: https://online-usa.ESdat.net/

For Canada: https://online-ca.ESdat.net/

For UK: https://online-uk.ESdat.net/

If your company has their own ESdat Server implementation, you should reach out to your local Power User for the address.
