I have tried installing ESdat onto my computer without success. I was at first receiving the same error as Trish. I then tried saving to the default location. The program installed; however, when I go to open ESdat I receive the following error: Moving Source File: Automation error, The specified module could not be found. How do I fix this?

Hello, Can you make sure you are installing the full install, not just an update file. You can download the full install from the Downloads page on the website. You should generally install ESdat onto your c drive, the error trish had was that she was trying to install it on a network drive, and she didn't have permissions. Alex.

Alex, I have tried to install the 4.1 Full version on the c:drive and it was unsuccessful. I then tried to install the 4.2 Full version (beta). Both have given me the same error message. Sarah

It's possible that you have some sort of conflict on your PC. Try searching for scrrun.dll on your PC. If you find it unregister it and re-register it using regsvr (you may need to contact IT). If that doesn't fix it uninstall ESdat, unregister & delete that file. Reinstall ESdat. Sincerely, Alex
