Hi, Is there a way to schedule monitoring rounds for a group of users (eg. all users of a particular project) rather than individual users?

Hi Phoebe,
Monitoring rounds need to be assigned to specific person/people as it will not automatically assign it to all users who have access to the project.
You can assign the monitoring round to a single person who will complete or supervise the field work and then assign each location visits to different users who will be working on the monitoring round as well.
