Once a workbook is saved and re-opened you may need to click 'Enable Macros' to enable this functionality to operate. If you are using Excel 07 you will not be suprised that there are a further set of potential problems to check, these are: You may have saved the file using the default ".xlsx" extension. This format automatically removes all macros from the file permanently, so the only way to get the functionality back is to re-export from ESdat. Check Excel’s trust centre settings; you need to open the file from a ‘trusted location’ or else all the content continues to be disabled, your project folders will generally want to be 'Trusted Locations', and you will need to ask your IT about this. This behaviour applies to all Excel workbooks containing Macros. We recommend Excel 07 users save the file in .xls or .xlsm formats. When v4 of ESdat is released these will be the only available options.
