Hi,

I'm working on some SPOCAS results and am trying to figure out how to have the ESdat output tables highlight results when they are below the pH and pH(Ox) guildeline values, rather than when they are actually safe..

 Thanks for your time,

Paul

Hello Paul,

ESdat only flags exceedances, rather than conformances.  Typically an exceedance is above a particular action level,  but occasionally may be below a particular action level (ie for pH).  For a minimum you should enter a value in the ActionLevel_Min column (Data Tables - Environmental Standards, or in the Environmental Standards Import Template).

If you enter a minimum action level a maximum is also required.  If you are not concerned about the maximum you will still need to enter a maximum.  14 would be a suitable number for pH.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for your response - I made those changes as suggested, and the pH values below the guideline are now being highlighted.

Thank you very much for your time!

Regards,

Paul
