I am trying to generate a chemistry output table and I get this error: 10460 General ODBC Error.  Any ideas what this means?

Hello,

Can you check if you have any environmental standards with unusual characters in the name?  An apostrophie(') can also cause problems sometimes.  You can view/edit your environmental standards under Data Tables - zRef_Environmental_Standards.

There is most likely some data issue.  You can try to isolate it by trying different filters, or if you prefer you can send the database through (File - Export - Zip) to support@ESdat.com and we can take a look and advise you.

Hello Justin,

We had them update to the current version of ESdat (4.3.18 at the time) and the problem went away.  I don't have any other insights.  This has been caused by problem characters in the data in the past, so using the filter to narrow down the data, or the guidelines, may help isolate the problem.
