Electrical conductivity (ChemCode EC_Lab; ChemName Electrical conductivity*(lab)) is showing under Chem Tracking > Chemistry_Samples_with_Raw_Results but won't display under Water Chemistry > Chemistry and won't display in the Chem Table output.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Kylie,

Have you checked for unit conversion problems?

Alex

Hi Alex,

You're absolutely right - unit conversion was the problem. As soon as I copied the units from the Measurement Unit to the Output Unit and put in a conversion factor of 1, it worked. It also solved the trouble I was having with the microbiological parameters.

Thank you,

Kylie
