Hello Brad, Are you able to provide any details on when it occurs: Is it specific to one project. Is it part way through the export, or right at the start. Did it just start happening, and if so, do you know what might have changed on the PC/settings? Many thanks, Alex.

Hello Brad, It is possibly something to do with the QA Template, an Excel workbook. Has any changes been made to this that might explain the change in behaviour? Check for a file called "Chemistry QA Checker" in your template or network directory. The one in your install folder shouldn't have been modified, but also check there. If opened in Excel it should have a sheet called "Summary". Alex.

Hi Alex, I have made changes to the QA template, however these are only in relation to the header and footer (which we ahve previously done and worked fine). I replaced the modified file with the original and the same issue continues. I can open the QA checker file with excel if i put it on the desktop, however, if i try and open the file from the template folder excel 'freezes'. Mind you that i can open the chemistry output table file from the template folder just fine. Cheers Brad

Hello Adam, Brad described an issue where he wasn't able to open an Excel document from a particular folder on their system. There isn't anything we can do about that as it appears to be an issue related to a system folder, but possible resolutions are either to try using a different folder, or replace the file with a fresh one, or try similar things until you can open the file normally. If you can't open it normally then it also can't be opened through ESdat. Sincerely, Alex
