Some of my people are having an issue where when they generate the output table, the environmental standards don't appear. I have never experienced this issue on my machine and when I open their database file and create the output table on my machine, the environmental standards show up just fine.

I can only assume this is an issue with their OS or excel settings but I can't find a difference in the set up on any of the problematic machines that would explain it.

Has anyone else run into this or have a better idea than I do what the root cause of the issue might be?

Thank you,

Theresa

Hello Theresa,

Are you both trying to open the same dataset / database, but only one of you sees the environmental standards?

Can you check if you have different versions of ESdat?

Can you check if installing the latest download from the website resolves it?

We are both using the most recent version of ESdat.

She created the database and can see the environmental standards in the lookup table but when she creates the excel chem output table, the rows for the environmental standards do not show up. After she showed me, I opened the database on my machine and the environmental standards showed up just fine.

We had this problem with a different machine a few weeks ago. I had hoped it was an isolated incident.

I will tell my coworker to uninstall and re-install her software and let you know if that helps.

Theresa

She re-installed the software and it seems to be working properly now.

 Thanks
