With the new EPA (IWRG) document they now have criteria for pH in the range of <4 to 9> (CAT C) and <2 and 12.5> (CAT A) , do you know if there is a way for ESdat to recognise a criteria with a range instead of a specific value.

Yes, the Environmental Standards table (zRef_Environmental_Standards) has an "Action_Level", and an "Action_Level_Min" column. You can put the relevant values in the correct column. The compile environmental standards, such as EPA448, of which IWRG is a slight modification don't show the "Action_Level_Min" column, as it wasn't relevant. You can create a new template for the zRef_Environmental_Standards table, which will include all columns and you can copy the standard across and fill in the additional minimum values where appropiate. The sheet created in this process can be copied into other workbooks as appropiate. Alternatively, you can just copy the column header for "Action_Level_Min" across from the new template into the existing one. Column order is not important.

One thing with the Action Level Minimum - when you use the Chem specific charting template. TheMaximum exceedance is shown on the chart - but not the minimum. You can get around this with a bit of fancy footwork and the 'send chart to existing spreadsheet' option - but its not as straight forward as getting a min and max line both when the chart with env_standards is created. Any thoughts? JKW

Good point, and solution, there are a few changes we have lined up for the charting, we will take note of this request.
