How does ESdat deal with ranges when inputting Env Standards through zRef Standard tables. For ph I have put the lower value of the range in the ‘Action level min’ and the higher in the ‘Action Level’ Field

That is correct.  The two values will be output to the chemistry table, and results will be assessed against that range for exceedances.
