Thanks: 1 times
When importing sample data, is there a way to exclude certain samples? I have a situation where I want to exclude three samples from a dataset because they were taken from a separate area of the site.

The best way to exclude samples from your outputs is to import all samples, and filter to exclude samples on output.

You can filter by the Sample Field ID,  or by Location Code - assuming you are assigning a Location Code to your Samples.  If assigning Location Code you may also like to define Locations as being within particular Monitoring Zones, and then you could just filter for a particular Monitoring Zone.

Including ad-hoc filters on outputs, such as chemistry tables is straightforward, so if you are not familiar with this functionality I would recommend the tutes at http://www.ESdat.net/ESd...index.html?tutorials.htm
