If using the SQL Server version of ESdat your system will have an internal library of guidleines you can select from, or if they are not there they should be added to your central library.

For users using the Access version of ESdat, this request is a fairly common one, so I have included instructions below.  There are two ways to deal with this.

1)  Load the guidelines you want to use into the "New Database Template".  see the help file under "Setup-Templates-Template Files-New Projects (Access versions)"

2) (our preferred approach)
Create a new guideline (Import - Environmental Standards - (Cancel the file prompt) - Yes I want to create a new guideline).

Then copy the content of the other guideline documents into this one sheet, one under the other.  Save this file and you can now load this one file at the start of every project to get all the guidelines that it contains.

This way you can have multiple variations on this file - one for each province, landuse etc.. if you want.

Having the guidelines under each other in the one file/sheet, wont effect how they appear on the Chemistry Output Table.  The ActionLevelSource column determins the guidline name.
