Thanks: 1 times

I have a project that has both sodium ion (metal) and sodium (sat paste) as part of the analysis (Lab Report: 22H0771). Right now when I export the data from ESdat Sulfur is reported under inorganics with the chloride saturated paste concentration instead of the sodium saturated paste, and the sodium saturated paste concentration is reported as a separate column in the sodium ion row. Not sure what is happening here..

Thanks!

Hi Jane,

"Sodium Ion" and "Sodium" should have two different Chem Codes:

Sodium Ion = 17341-25-2

Sodium = 7440-23-5

It looks like in your Lab Report both have been given the same Chem Code (17341-25-2).

I will follow up with the lab and ask them to fix the Sodium Chem Code (7440-23-5), then the Lab Report will need to be reissued.

Thanks,

Nick
