Break in graphed data

Hi there,
Upon generating graphs following our latest monitoring event, we notice breaks are appearing between 2019 and 2020. This appears to occur regardless of which sites we graph, and has not happened before in the 3 years we have been generating these graphs.
I appreciate your help in understanding and rectifying this matter. Thank you.
