Hi, we've noticed an issue with the desktop version of ESdat where laboratory duplicates and method blanks do not show up in the QA checker "summary by compound" report, when we know that the lab has in fact performed these tests and reported them in a separate compliance report. Matrix spikes show up for some reason, but not the others.

We are struggling to understand how ESdat reads the sample files provided by the lab, but are guessing the problem maybe lies there. I'd be happy to provide example report files if necessary.

Can anyone advise?
