Cannot enter negative (-) value for redox in field app

Hi there, we find there is no option to enter a minus/negative sign (-) in the redox field in the app (the keyboard doesn't provide that option). Are you able to suggest a fix for this?

Hi Jono, ESdat supports all the required characters via the interface. Unfortunately, we've found that some devices default numeric keyboards do not offer all the appropriate characters (such as Samsung devices). This is not specifically related to ESdat, but the keyboard on the device. The fix is to install an alternative keyboard on your device that supports all characters. We've found that the standard Google Keyboard works without any issues. Thanks, Nick
