Copy Column depths across every row

Hello, If add a few coloums to a row at various depths. Is it possible to copy these depths across every row instead of having to type them out manually every time?

Hi Tyler,
Can you provide some more context for your question? Where are you trying to add the column in? Is this for ESlog, Geochem graphs, ESdat Online, The Bulk Uploader or an export file?

In ESlog. Say I want to add rows at 0-1m, 1-2m and 2-3m. At the moment I am manually wrinting in these depths every coloumn. Is there a way to make these depths come across the whole page in every coloumn?
